My name is Alize Batista and I am the organizer behind The Cloudz of Heaven platform. I am a 24-year-old mother/wife who is called by Christ to create a community where we can seek the gospel and also share our experiences while doing so. I want to be able to connect with others who are just like me (a broken individual) as a reminder that they are not alone in this life. Even when you feel alone God is always by your side, some things may not make sense to us but the beauty of it all is that God is all-knowing and everything happens according to His plan.
As you may all know, life is full of learning lessons and sometimes we may feel alone. I'm not only talking about the physical alone but the alone we have/feel in our hearts. Yup, that alone! You know...that empty hole we like to fill with everything in the world but Jesus?
Trust me. I have steered away from the truth so many times because I had the "I got this...I'm in control" mentality but what I didn't realize was that my life was never mine to "control" from the very beginning. You see, we are created and put on this earth with a purpose and that doesn't mean we are immune or neglected from the struggle but it means we have God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit to guide us through it.
Our Mission
Our motto is to "Reach for the clouds...The Cloudz Of Heaven". It is created as a sign of hope for our audience, to inspire them not to give up on their journey for Christ. There is so much more to what God is doing in our lives, and we must be still and confident that the Lord is in control.
The purpose behind the "Cloudz Of Heaven" platform is to share the goodness of God in a safe space for our audience, to feel comfortable asking questions and discussing the word of God in a welcoming environment. I remember being in church and just curious about some things but always felt embarrassed or ashamed to even ask, so I never did. We want to hear your stories and thoughts on topics and discuss what the Bible says about them to gain some clarity and knowledge.
